Refund Policy

Our full Refund Policy is being finalised and will be published here. It will set out when a booking or a recording purchase can be refunded, how a refund is paid back, and how long it takes to arrive.

Today a live tour booking is refunded in full when cancelled more than 24 hours before the tour starts, and at 50% when cancelled within the last 24 hours.
